With some major companies recently under fire because of major data breaches, a lot of people are very apprehensive to give any information online, and rightfully so. Here at Krillan, we completely understand people feeling apprehensive about sharing information, especially when it comes to credit or debit cards. However, like any company, we do need to receive payment for the products and services we are able to provide to our customers. In order to help customers have the best possible experience when ordering their amazing custom apparel, there are a few extra measures that Krillan takes to ensure privacy and security for both our customers and our company.
First of all, we accept all payments types – cash, checks, and credit or debit cards – at our studio. Also, we can assure you that we only ask for information from you that is necessary to complete a transaction, and we will never share your information with anybody else.
You’ll notice a few specific pieces of information that we ask for when taking an online payment. The invoice number is used to reference the payment made and to help us stay organized at our studio. The email address provided is used to send a confirmation of payment. We do not – and will never – give an email address out to anybody else or add a customer to a mailing list (we hate our spam folders filling up as much as you do). Finally, the zip code provided is for us to cross-reference with the credit card billing address on file.
When making an online payment, you can rest assured that we do everything in our power to make the process as easy, private, and secure as possible. The credit card payment system we use is extremely secure – it encrypts all of the information input by the customer to prevent anybody who’s not supposed to see the information from getting ahold of it. Also, we do not save or store any of your credit card information in any way.
Anytime you are completing a transaction or sharing information online, a helpful tip to know if the website is secure is to look for a green lock icon located on the left side of the address bar. This icon indicates that the website you are using is, in fact, verified and secure and is encoding and encrypting all of the data it receives to ensure your safety and privacy.
The satisfaction of our customers is our number one priority, and we do everything in our power to guarantee complete gratification with every single order and transaction. We treat our customers the way that we hope to be treated, and are always open to suggestions from customers to help make your custom apparel experience as positive, exciting, and enjoyable as possible. If you ever have any suggestions, comments, or questions regarding payment or anything else, please contact us. We love hearing from our customers!
