Krillan would like to take this opportunity to thank and remember all the men and women who have served or are serving in the armed forces. To all the fathers, mothers, sons, daughters, brother, sisters, friends and neighbors whom have sacrificed their days, weeks, months, years and sadly in some cases your health and lives we thank you.

Krillan recently had the honor of creating custom t-shirts and sweatshirts for the 850th Horizontal Engineer Company out of Cambridge, MN. They were activated on March 3rd in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, their company is made up of heavy construction operators who operate front end loaders, Dozers, Excavators, Scrapers, Rollers, Graders, Dump Trucks, and semi’s with low boy trailers and their mission is to train the Afghanistan soldiers.

They have had to leave their lives, jobs, family and friends to serve our country. So far in their deployment the have had to travel to Fort Bliss Texas for about seven weeks of pre-mobilization training and then traveled 22 hours to Manas, Kyrgyzstan for a few days before heading to Bagrham Air Force Base in Afghanistan. Here the company was split between two bases and seventeen of the soldiers who now make up the Embedded Training Team were sent to FOB Shank and then to FOB Lightning. For six months they trained the Afghan Army soldiers who previously knew nothing of engineer equipment to being fully capable of operating and maintaining their equipment.

During these six months the Embedded Training Team grew to know each other very well and wanted custom t-shirts and sweatshirts made to commemorate their time together. They stated that, “by wearing these shirts it created camaraderie between our small group that the rest of the company did not partake in.” Krillan is pleased to have been a part of this project.

In support of all our military personnel, active or veteran, Krillan offers a military discount, not just on Veterans Day but every day.

I would also like to add a special thank you to Tron, co-owner of Krillan for his previous service and sacrifice during the Red Bull deployment.
