When ordering custom shirts for an unknown group of people, how do you know what sizes to order? When it’s a group of people that you don’t have specific sizes for, like shirts for conference attendees, event participants, or as an incentive for customers, ordering can become a bit of a challenge. However, by keeping a few things in mind, you will be able to confidently place an order for amazing Krillan-created apparel that will fit everybody in the group.
The first thing to consider, of course, is the number of shirts you’ll be needing to make everybody look incredible. We usually advise that you order an extra shirt or two of each size – that way if anybody changes their mind or you have any unexpected guests, you have them covered. If you have a plan for extra shirts (such as incentives, other people you could give them to, or saving them for another event), it would be smart to order even a few more of each size just to ensure you have enough for everybody to get the size they want.
The next important thing to consider when ordering shirts for an unknown group is the general audience of people you are ordering for. For example, if you’re ordering shirts for a weight-lifting convention, you would most likely need to order an increased number of larger shirts than if you were placing an order for marathon participants. Other things to take into account would be the gender, ages, and typical body build of the people receiving the shirts.
