If you’re reading this blog, you obviously know how awesome the content on Krillan’s website is, but did you know that it also ranks extremely high on customer experience performance tests? That means that not only is the content amazing, but visitors of the website have an online experience that is fast, reliable, and just plain better than other custom apparel websites.

In fact, the Krillan website earns straight A’s in all categories tested, as well as earning 95/100 points in the speed test (all of those “other guys” probably wish they could say the same…but they can’t). Krillan’s website clearly outperforms the websites of all of those “other guys.” Now, we could get all technical and go through each category on the test, but that wouldn’t be a lot of fun to read (or write) about. So, you can either just trust us, or check out our results compared to other custom apparel websites and see for yourself.

Most companies would be satisfied with these test results, but here at Krillan, we are always looking for ways to improve the experience of our customers. We live and work by Kaizen principles. For those of you who don’t know, Kaizen originated in Japan, and the word translates to mean change (kai) for the good (zen). It is based on the philosophical belief that everything can be improved. (For more about Kaizen and our company philosophy, stay tuned for an upcoming blog post).

So what does all of this mean for you? Well, first of all, it just goes to show how Krillan strives for excellence in absolutely everything we do – even the smallest of details that are probably overlooked. We understand that your time is valuable and you have better things to do with your time than sit and wait for a website to load. In addition, the results of the customer experience performance tests prove that we are able to utilize technology better than other custom apparel companies. This means you are going to get better quality custom clothing, on time, with no mistakes, all because Krillan was started and is maintained by a couple of perfectionist nerds.

What do you think about these results? If you were going to write a comment on the bottom of Krillan’s report card, what would it say? Or, go ahead and test your company’s website and check out what kind of grades you earned. Are you happy with your results? If so, yay! If not, what are you going to do to get the results you are striving for? Comment below to let us know!
