For the second year in a row, Team Krillan raised money to help support Special Olympics Minnesota athletes and took part in the Polar Plunge. The Polar Plunge has taken place on various frozen lakes in Minnesota over the past 18 years, growing in both size and participation each year. The concept is simple: get together with some friends, raise at least $75 each that will be donated to Special Olympics Minnesota, and go jump into the frigid water of a frozen lake.
This year, Team Krillan joined in the local event in St. Cloud, Minnesota. The five members of the Krillan Screen Printing and Emboidery Team this year – Kimberly Swanson, Tron Swanson, Nicholas Sauer, Dayna Korf, and Trace Swanson – raised a collective total of $1,795, which was the largest amount out of all corporation-related teams jumping in the St. Cloud location!
Thanks for all of the support – both in donations and otherwise – and we can’t wait to raise even more money for Special Olympics Minnesota next year!
